在apache中可能会使用URL重写，此时通常使用.htaccess来实现，要注意的是在.htaccess文件中有可能要加入RewriteBase /pug/admin/new/, 就是说apache在rewrite URL时有一个base URL,如果不设置这个的话可能出现文件找不到的错误
